Kubernetes
Kubernetes is one of the few large projects that uses the literal phrase “Known Issues” consistently across releases. Each release’s notes include a dedicated section listing what was found to be broken at release time, with the JIRA-style issue links for tracking.
Worth reading before any production cluster upgrade. The known-issues section frequently describes specific combinations of features that interact badly (e.g., HPA + custom-metrics + a specific CSI driver) that are not obvious from the changelog alone. Combinations are where Kubernetes fails most interestingly.
