Tailwind CSS does not maintain a dedicated known-issues file. Open issues on the tracker, filtered by labels that indicate confirmed bugs or planned fixes, serve as the de facto list.

This is the least-organized format on this page, but the Tailwind team is responsive on issues and most reproductions get triaged quickly. Worth searching the tracker before assuming a class is broken in your build.
